SD tries to strike the right balance between “People” (human capital and local communities), “Planet” (natural capital) and “Profit” (the economic value).

GAIL has tried to align with the principle of triple bottom line by being a responsible and committed corporate citizen by meeting the energy demands while providing customer care and creating value for all stakeholders and ensuring our responsibility towards environment. We embark on our Sustainability Reporting journey with the theme “Value Beyond Business” which has been the guiding principle of GAIL since inception. This report is based on Global Reporting Initiative’s G3 guidelines on sustainability reporting.
