GAIL Polymer Technology Centre (GPTC), is the technical support division of the GAIL Petrochemical Marketing group. It functions as the interface between the valued customers and plant. The centre is situated at Noida. The centre is equipped with state of the art plastic testing facilities for raw materials, additives and end products. GPTC endeavors to bring customer delight by providing the following services to the end users to forge a long lasting profitable partnership:

• Trouble shooting of processing problems of Polymer Grades

• Customer complaint redressal

• Guidance to proper selection of GAIL grades

• Continuous evaluation & modification of GAIL grades to meet market needs

• Representation in BIS committees related to plastics

• Co-coordination with test houses for acceptability of Gail’s grades in the critical application

• Evaluation of additives for enhancing product performance as per market requirements
